Section 1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 866gl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and support channels available at 866gl.club (the "Platform"). These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence.

866gl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or through an in-platform announcement. Your continued use of 866gl after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on 866gl, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gaming platform or on any self-exclusion registry applicable in the Philippines;
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• Maintain only one (1) registered account on 866gl. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

866gl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Section 3Account Verification (KYC)

866gl is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with 866gl's KYC process.

Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud or AML violations, the temporary freezing of account funds pending investigation.

Section 4Deposits and Withdrawals

866gl processes deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. 866gl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a payment channel.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal Processing: 866gl targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on InstaPay network conditions.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered and verified in your 866gl account name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds derived from promotional bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5.

866gl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank, GCash, or Maya) may impose their own fees, for which 866gl is not responsible.

Section 5Bonuses and Promotions

866gl offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time each promotion is offered. The following general bonus terms apply to all 866gl promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as defined in each promotion's specific terms;
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus credit unless stated otherwise;
• 866gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, and coordinated play, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

Section 6Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games on 866gl use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or are conducted by live dealers in accordance with established casino rules. Specific game rules are published within the game interface. By participating in any game on 866gl, you accept the applicable game rules as binding.

866gl reserves the right to void bets and winnings in the event of a system error, software malfunction, or force majeure event that results in erroneous odds, payouts, or game outcomes. In such circumstances, 866gl will return the original stake where technically feasible.

Section 7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 866gl and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration by individuals under 21 years of age or on behalf of a minor;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with any part of the 866gl platform;
• Collusion with other players or with 866gl employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the 866gl platform for the concealment or transfer of proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs for financial gain;
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose;
• Chargeback fraud — initiating payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming.

Section 9Intellectual Property

All content on the 866gl platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 866gl or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 866gl content without express written permission.

Section 10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 866gl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

866gl shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; (c) damages resulting from third-party payment provider delays or failures; or (d) loss of data or system interruptions beyond 866gl's reasonable control.

Section 11Privacy and Data Protection

866gl collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on 866gl, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. 866gl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data.

Section 12Amendments

866gl may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, 866gl will provide advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the 866gl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
